When managing your supply chain, we utilize a variety of dashboard optics and intelligence gathering in order to provide a clear lens into inventory, safety, labor utilizations, service levels, quality and other KPI’s. From these reporting disciplines, we understand the details, summarize trends, draw conclusions, and gain insights to make fact-based decisions.

MethŌdology. We have a rich toolbox that includes value stream mapping, affinity diagrams that allow us to drill into the process performance and continuously monitor our quality and service execution. We also benchmark our business services against external standards. Group O is ISO 9000:2001 compliant and certified, SSAE 16 (SAS 70) Type II compliant, TL 9000 compliant and certified and HIPAA compliant. We leverage our Six Sigma methodologies and lean practices.
