Group O builds redundancy into all critical systems. We design our networks and systems with resiliency. This includes:
- A documented disaster recovery plan
- Backup generator to protect our Data Center and Customer Contact Center
- All voice and data lines are on fiber backbone
- Servers designed with redundancy - dual processors, dual power supplies, SAN (storage area network), RAID storage systems, VMWare and redundant network connections
- Firewall and mail gateway pairs configured for automatic failover
- WAN on an AT&T MPLS network
- Multiple office/warehouse space/locations locally and nationally that can be utilized and human capital mobilized in the event of disaster
Group O undergoes an annual SSAE16 Type II audit. These audits provide assurance that our business delivery systems have effective monitors and controls in place to mitigate risk and maximize business continuity.
